Short version: use the site, trust the method, but check the numbers that matter to you before you spend money. The detail follows.

JustWatt is an independent UK website.

Information, not advice

JustWatt publishes information and opinion about EV chargers, tariffs, electric cars, salary sacrifice and home electrification. It’s general information, not financial, legal, tax or professional advice. Prices, tariffs, rates and savings are estimates based on sources current at the time of writing, and they change. Before you buy, lease or sign anything, check the current terms with the provider, and take your own professional advice where money or tax is involved. Decisions you make based on the site are your own.

Some links earn us a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. They never change a verdict or a ranking. Our privacy policy covers how clicks are counted, and the about page explains how the model works.

Our content

The words, data, calculators and design on JustWatt are ours unless credited otherwise. You’re welcome to link to us and quote a short passage with credit. You can’t republish, copy or scrape substantial parts without our permission.

Other people’s sites

We link out to manufacturers, suppliers and other sources. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we don’t guarantee it’s complete, up to date or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page.
